The City of Houston's Official Competitive Soccer Program
In 2017 the City of Houston's Parks and Recreation Department started a competitive youth soccer program named H-Town Soccer Academy with the intention of providing an accessible and ideal environment for developing elite soccer players

To have an economical and professional program that competes at the highest level available for Houston's youth.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Houston Parks and Recreation Department's (HPARD) H-Town Soccer Academy is to provide a positive and professional atmosphere for overall development; to inspire players to reach their full potential on and off the field.
